Team ALP (Adventure Leadership Program)

Team ALP develops responsible leaders and promotes the moral obligation to assist others in need. Through unique outdoor adventure experiences, Team ALP helps individuals develop the skills, confidence and compassion needed to successfully recognize and overcome stressful real life situations. Team ALP believes exceptional leaders create stronger teams and communities who will in turn inspire others to shape a better world. Team ALP was founded in memory of Carson Starkey.

Team ALP offers a growing menu of specific programs geared to specific audiences. Our years of adventure, athletic, military, education, youth camp and expedition experience have led us to develop unique programming that is engaging, fun, realistic and focussed on creating outcomes that can be readily applied to real life situations. Programs are designed to provide a combination of physical, emotional and mental challenge on both the personal and team level. All programs utilize outdoor adventure skill development, conversation and fun. In addition to our overall objectives and goals, most individuals and teams will experience gains in a variety of related areas including confidence, communication, and espirit de corps.
